THE BRACELET
Everything's normal, they said.
THUMPCARE keeps the record between two appointments — your heart, your nights, your recovery — quietly, day and night.

The problem
You are not imagining it. You just have no record of it.
One appointment a year is a snapshot. What you are living is a line. Between two of them, nobody is keeping the record.
- 30+
- days of battery on one charge
- 24/7
- continuous reading, day and night
- 0
- notifications you did not ask for
What changes
Three things you stop guessing at.
Worn day and night, the sensor keeps reading while you forget it is there.
Your nights
Seven hours is not a verdict
Two identical nights on paper can produce two completely different days. The shape of the night, not just its length.
Your recovery
Why the same week hits differently
Heart rate variability and resting heart rate, read while you are doing nothing at all. Recovery stops being a guess.
Your load
The days that do not look like workouts
A day spent carrying everyone else fits into no category and costs you just as much. It gets recorded anyway.
On the wrist
Discreet enough to disappear.
The app
Where it all becomes readable.
Free for life, on iOS and Android. No forced account, nothing behind a paywall.
-
Your line, not your morningSee how habits move your readings across weeks and months, instead of reacting to a single number.
-
Nights you can compareStages and waking, night after night. The trend is the part that tells you something.
-
Nobody rents you your own dataEverything you record stays accessible, exportable and deletable. Free, for as long as you own it.

One bracelet. The way you wear it changes.
Fabric for the day and the night, silicone for the sweaty part. Swaps in seconds, nothing stops recording.
See the strapsBefore you ask
The questions people actually ask.
Still unsure about something?
Is there really no screen?
None, and that is deliberate. Nothing to glance at, nothing lighting up at 3 a.m.
It also means the battery lasts days instead of hours — which is why it never comes off, which is why your nights actually get measured.
How often do I charge it?
Days, not hours, on a single charge. A full charge takes about an hour with the cable in the box. In practice you plug it in while you shower.
Can I shower or swim with it?
It handles sweat, splashes and hand washing. Take it off before showering, bathing or swimming.
Is there a subscription?
No. The app and every update come with the bracelet, free for as long as you own it. Your data stays readable at no cost.
What does it actually read?
Heart rate around the clock, heart rate variability, sleep stages and duration, blood oxygen readings, skin temperature, activity and stress trends.
These are wellness readings to help you spot patterns. They are not medical measurements and they do not diagnose anything.
Will it fit my wrist? It changes.
Yes. The band is adjustable and resets in a second, which matters: wrists are not the same size in heat, at different points in the month, or after a long flight.
Does it work with my phone?
iOS 14 and above, Android 8 and above. Syncing happens over Bluetooth with the free app.
What if it is not for me?
Thirty days, full refund, even worn — and thirty days is roughly how long your first real trends take to appear. It is also covered by a 2-year warranty.
